For Citymeals, helping the hungry elderly is the process of many small steps that lead to a big impact. And in 2024, they set their biggest goal yet—ending hunger for elderly New Yorkers by 2040. Looking to produce a short, mission-driven video to screen at their largest fundraising event, we partnered with Citymeals to tell the stories of all those who serve and those who feel the impact of everything the organization stands for.

Using long-time advocate and lifelong New Yorker, Kathleen Turner as our VoiceOver talent, the film was shown at the Citymeals on Wheels Annual Power Lunch, hosted by board member and the cohost of ABC News’s 20/20, Deborah Roberts. The story’s narrative moved those at the event to donate $1.5 million (+300% over last year’s event).
